观点网讯：9月19日，新沂市城市投资发展集团有限公司发布公告称，近日上海票据交易所发布商票逾期名单，显示公司商票逾期金额2.58亿元。
经核实，此事件系银行系统原因造成兑付失败，导致出现票据逾期。其已于9月8日前全部结清，截至今日，公司不存在商票逾期和拒付记录。
公司经营情况正常，具备充足的可动用现金储备，所有到期票据均已兑付，不存在逾期支付。
