9.15号晚，淮阴区帝景豪庭小区防盗窗从天而降，砸到一辆车。
昨天因收到台风影响，淮安有大风，一防盗窗从高楼砸下，想想都让人直冒冷汗，再次给大家敲响警钟：加固门窗、空调外机，收好阳台花盆。只有平日多一份防范，才会少一些“头顶杀手”。
