北京商报讯（记者 张君花）9月14日，佐丹奴国际盘初跳空低开后走弱，跌约11%。就在前一天晚上，佐丹奴发布公告称，由于未能达致接纳条件，周大福要约收购佐丹奴未能成为无条件，于9月13日失效。今年6月，周大福宣布拟以每股要约股份现金1.88港元(溢价约18.2%)，向股东发起自愿性有条件现金要约。
