集邮圈jiyou2020.com讯：为了提高集邮水平，普及集邮知识，巴西集邮联合会计划邀请20位集邮家，从9月20日起在当地时间每周二晚上8点，推出一节线上集邮课程，限人数100人，通过线上视频会议形式举行，9月20日起每周一节共10节课，一直持续到11月29日。第一部分安排七节课，讲邮政历史、邮票印制、如何收集？集邮工具、再到展品素材、邮展类别和规则、集邮团体，第二部分安排三节课，介绍传统类、专题类、航空集邮和明信片。巴西集邮联合会FEBRAF成立于1976年1月1日，1500年-1815年一直被葡萄牙殖民，首套邮票发行于1843年8月1日，1822年9月7日巴西宣布独立，今年正好独立200年。
