近日，赫尔松州亲俄武装宣称，乌克兰的火箭弹对安东诺夫斯基大桥（通往第聂伯河以西俄控区的重要桥梁）造成严重破坏，大桥处于紧急状态，交通已经关闭。
副州长斯特雷穆索夫强调，赫尔松州的确准备就加入俄罗斯联邦进行全民公投，出于安全原因，这一公投暂停了。
