上证报中国证券网讯（记者 骆民）凯美特气公告，公司拟设立全资子公司揭阳凯美特气体有限公司实施30万吨高洁净双氧水及相关气体提纯项目。该项目总投资148,616.57万元，将完成30万吨/年高纯食品级二氧化碳和30万吨/年工业、电子级双氧水及其配套设施的建设。
