建业地产8月31日公告，截至2022年6月30日止6个月，公司实现收益为73.01亿元，较2021年同期减少64.1%；公司权益持有人应占亏损为56.05亿元，而去年同期股东应占溢利7.29亿元；毛利率为7.6%，较2021年同期的17.9%，下跌了10.3个百分 点。
公告称，收益减少主要由于不可抗因素，销售同比下滑;及客观条件工程进度延缓，期内交付体量下跌，以致结转收入减少。
