8月27日0-24时，宜宾市珙县新增3例新冠肺炎确诊病例，为省外返宜人员，抵宜即闭环转运隔离管理，在宜宾市无社会活动轨迹。确诊后第一时间转送至市定点救治医院隔离治疗，相关流调溯源、环境消杀等工作已完成。
