照片中他推着自行车，后座上放着被缴获的赃款赃物，在六七十年代，一切私人买卖都是严重的违规行为，属于非法牟取利益，一旦被发现都是被严厉打击的对象，轻则被批判，戴高帽子游街，重一点的甚至要入狱服刑，后来，随着我国经济体制的建立，在1997年，我国废除了“投机倒把罪”。
