智通财经APP获悉，总部位于北京的见知教育(JZ.US)将于今日在纳斯达克挂牌上市，发行价为5美元/ADS，共发行500万股ADS，筹集2500万美元。每股ADS代表公司两股普通股。
承销商被授予在30天内购买最高75万股ADS的权利，预计发行将于8月30日结束。
