PlayStation 官方博客发布了《GT赛车7》1.20 版本补丁的介绍与宣传片，该补丁将于今天，也就是 8 月 25 日更新。

本次补丁更新内容包含四辆新车、加泰罗尼亚赛道的三种新布局以及咖啡厅的两个新追加菜单内容。
新增赛车如下：
迈凯轮 MP4/4（1988）
庞蒂亚克 GTO The Judge（1969）
保时捷 Cayman GT4’16
De Tomaso Mangusta (克里斯汀·迪奥)
巴塞罗那加泰罗尼亚赛道增加了三种布局：
- 大奖赛布局 - 无减速弯
- 国家赛布局
- 拉力越野赛布局
咖啡厅增加了用于“Abarth”和“Gr.2赛车”的两份追加菜单：
- “收藏：Abarth”将在收藏家等级达到27级时开放
- “收藏：Gr.2赛车”将在收藏家等级达到38级时开放
