三言财经 8月24日消息，乐华娱乐在港交所发布公告称，公司拟全球发售约1.33亿股股份，其中香港公开发售占10%，国际发售占90%，另有15%超额配股权；2022年8月24日至8月31日招股，预期定价日为8月31日；发售价将为每股发售股份6.8-8.5港元，每手买卖单位400股；中信建投国际及招商证券国际为联席保荐人；预期股份将于2022年9月7日于联交所主板挂牌上市。
