据彭博8月23日消息，锂矿公司Emirate lithium拟向美国证券交易委员会提交其S-1表格，以在美国纳斯达克进行IPO。据悉，该公司打算在IPO中筹集约1500万美元的资金，用于深化公司在尼日利亚Iwajowa和Kaima锂项目的勘探活动，同时用于扩大Emirate Lithium的矿物加工和仓储能力。
