乐居财经讯 张林霞 8月23日，据上清所披露，重庆长寿投资发展集团有限公司发布2022年度第二期绿色中期票据申购说明。
据悉，本期票据计划发行金额上限为人民币1.25亿元，期限为3+2年附第3年末发行人调整票面利率选择权和投资者回售选择权，本期债务融资工具申购区间确定为5%-6%，发行日为2022年8月24日。
另悉，缴款日为2022年8月25日，上市日为2022年8月26日，兑付日为2027年8月25日。
