2022年8月20日6时31分、7时53分，运城市中心医院相继 报告 2 名 西安返盐人员核酸检测阳性。
阳性感染者 1 ： 8月16日与其父母自驾车赴西安市西京医院就诊，当晚返回。8月17日、18日核酸检测均为阴性。8月20日2时30分出现发热症状，赴运城市中心医院发热门诊就诊，被采取隔离医学观察措施并立即进行核酸采样，6时31分核酸检测阳性。
阳性感染者2： 为阳性感染者1的父亲，8月17日、18日核酸检测均为阴性。8月20日7时53分核酸检测阳性。
