彭博8月16日报道，野村控股公司任命Maryann Tseng为大中华区股票资本市场（ECM）及银团负责人。
据一份备忘录显示，Tseng将常驻香港并担任董事总经理。Tseng最近担任招商证券董事总经理兼ECM负责人，先前曾任职于摩根士丹利等公司。Tseng将向亚洲（日本除外）客户融资和解决方案负责人Guy Smith汇报。
野村发言人证实了备忘录的内容。
