近日，赣州劲嘉山与城小区换选物业，业主选聘物业的选票被盗了400多票。小区业委会发出告知书，其中显示，中海宏洋物业得票最高。
之后业委会向小区现物业发出退场和移交通知书，不过现物业并不认可，向业委会发出了回复函，称不会退场和移交。看来小区要完成换物业的工作，还有的磨。
