莫友芝，字子偲，号郘亭，晚号眲叟，贵州独山人。与俦子。道光十一年举人，官至知县。精于诗，工真、行、篆、隶书，精金石考据之学，与遵义郑珍齐名。著述甚富，有《郘亭诗钞》。
