集微网消息（文/谢佳琪）8月1日，Rambus宣布任命Desmond Lynch为首席财务官。
根据公告，Lynch自2020年以来一直担任Rambus的财务副总裁，并负责财务规划和投资者关系。加入Rambus之前，他曾在Renesas Electronics Corporation担任财务副总裁和Integrated Device Technology, Inc.担任美国财务主管。他还在Atmel、Knowles Corporation和National Semiconductor担任财务领导职务。Lynch是苏格兰特许会计师协会(the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland)的特许会计师，并拥有苏格兰格拉斯哥大学(University of Glasgow)的会计和金融学士学位。他拥有超过20年的金融和半导体经验。
Rambus首席执行官Luc Seraphin表示:“Lynch是一名在半导体行业拥有丰富经验的财务主管，我们非常高兴他能加入管理团队。他对Rambus的深刻理解和出色的领导力使他成为理想的选择，我期待着与他合作，继续执行我们的战略并实现长期盈利增长。”（校对/张浩）
