鞭牛士 8月1日消息，利宝阁集团今日公告，于7月29日，公司与猫屎咖啡国际控股订立无法律约束力谅解备忘录，据此，双方建议就于中华人民共和国开设猫屎咖啡连锁店开展业务合作，合作方式及其他相关条款有待进一步磋商及签订正式合作协议。
