据央视新闻，据意大利媒体7月31日报道，意大利劳工联合会研究机构表示，人口老龄化将给该国劳动力市场带来严重影响。20年后意大利16岁至63岁劳动年龄人口将减少680万，15岁以下及64岁以上非劳动年龄人口增加380万。
该研究机构认为，应立刻在工作条件、工资、工作时间、移民政策上采取干预措施，改善卫生、经济、社会条件提高生育率。
