双成药业8月1日公告，公司拟与重庆莱美药业股份有限公司和杭州博盈健康科技有限公司签署《产品权利转让协议》，合同金额人民币3200万元。公司拟将拥有与醋酸曲普瑞林注射液有关的所有的有形与无形资产、权利在指定区域内授予莱美药业。
