7月27日，河南洛阳遭遇强降雨，有网友拍到“神奇一幕”，暴雨后一女子穿拖鞋走马路栏杆跨越积水地段。网友：平衡木高手。河南省气象台监测显示，7月27日11-17时，洛阳局部出现大暴雨，有113站降水量超过50毫米，其中100毫米以上的有8站。河南省气象台27日12时00分发布暴雨蓝色预警，14时河南启动防汛四级应急响应。温馨提示：极端天气注意安全。
