观点网讯：7月21日，苏州市吴中城市建设投资集团有限公司发布2022年面向专业投资者公开发行公司债券（第三期）票面利率公告。
观点新媒体获悉，上述债券发行金额为20亿元，经过簿记询价，最终确定票面利率为2.94%。债券将于2022年7月21-22日发行。
另悉，上述债券主承销商为东吴证券股份有限公司。
