据央视新闻，俄罗斯政府网站7月17日公布消息，为支持生产企业增加海外出口，俄罗斯总理米舒斯京签署了一项决议，为葵花籽油和油葵饼出口设定了额外配额。葵花籽油的出口配额增加了40万吨，之前配额是150万吨。油葵饼的出口配额由70万吨增加至85万吨。该标准执行至8月31日。
