滨海投资7月12日公告，根据公司附属公司天津清洁能源与公司控股股东之全资附属公司西区热电订立之《经开区西区热电热源二厂分布式能源站（煤改燃工程）（一期）项目燃气供气协议》，天津清洁能源将通过自有燃气管道独家向西区热电热源二厂分布式能源站长期供应天然气。该煤改燃一期项目计划于2022年10月投产通气，预计年用气量约7000万立方米。
