这所住宅是由孟买的一家著名设计室Act of Quad设计，占地面积325㎡。设计者善于将意外的想象与情境引入到日常的生活中，赋予创作新的文字，赋予生命以一种礼节。

The house, designed by Act of Quad, a renowned Mumbai design studio, covers an area of 325m2. Designers are good at introducing unexpected imagination and situation into daily life, giving new characters and life a kind of etiquette.

宽阔的起居室以高饱和感的色彩展现了现代风格，并以此来均衡整个建筑的空间。五颜六色的地砖为生活注入了活力，而球状的艺术品则为其增加了一种艺术气息，使家庭的一切都变得更加和谐。

The spacious living room presents a modern style in a highly saturated color that balances the entire building's space. The colorful floor tiles inject vitality into life, while the spherical art adds an artistic flavor to it, making everything in the family more harmonious.

开放式的餐厅和厨房，扩大了整体的活动空间。采用木制的桌椅，和整个空间形成了一种和谐的感觉。在桌子后面，是一面雕刻着精美花纹的墙壁，给房间增加了一种独特的美感。

The open -plan dining room and kitchen enlarge the overall living space. The use of wooden desks and chairs, and the whole space to form a harmonious feeling. Behind the table is a wall carved with exquisite patterns, adding a unique aesthetic to the room.

进入房间，给人一种强烈的视觉冲击力，橘红和白色的搭配，营造出一种既美观又舒服的感觉。木制的床柜与整体的空间格调相衬，给人一种不刻意的自然感觉。

浴室也是以橙色和白色为主，整体风格也是如此。镜面橘色边框，形成强烈的反差，给人以一种高品质的生活感受。更是采用屏风进行适当的干湿分隔，凸显出沉稳的空间层次也增添美感。
