DoNews 7月6日消息（张佳）日前，有消费者在黑猫投诉平台发起投诉称，全民K歌无故自动扣费，6月21日在全民K歌平台消费488元，直接手机银行卡里扣除，消费者通过支付宝账单才发现问题，多次与客服沟通仍不予退款。
全民K歌一直驳回消费者的退款申请，消费者称，拨打电话也以不符合退款申请政策为由驳回。消费者称：“有的人就能退有的人就不能退，消费者已经咨询苹果官网好久了，一直驳回，不是消费者的本意购买的，平台虚假广告，欺骗消费者。”
