艾布鲁7月5日公告，公司拟使用首次公开发行股票募集资金中的部分超募资金7262.52万元投入毓兰镇污水处理特许经营项目，公司将使用其中5000万元实缴全资子公司洞口艾布鲁环境工程有限公司注册资本。公司本次募集资金净额为49158.58万元，其中超募资金金额为14324.75万元。截至本公告披露之日，公司已使用超募资金4000万元，剩余超募资金10324.75万元。
