刚刚，一份关于《调整东莞市原限购片区差别化住房信贷政策执行标准》的文件传开。
其中提到，对贷款购买首套住房（无房屋登记信息、且无购房贷款记录）的居民家庭，首付最低比例为20％，非普通住房首付比例不低于30％。
有1套住房或一次购房贷款记录的居民家庭，再次购房最低首付比例不低于30％。
自7月4日起，除莞城、东城、南城、万江、松山湖高新区限购区外，东莞其他镇街一律按以上实行。
