北京商报讯（记者 马换换）7月4日，雷尔伟（301016）披露公告称，公司拟收购南京信源通智能科技有限公司（以下简称"信源通"）80%股权，公司股票自7月4日起停牌。
雷尔伟表示，本次交易对方为自然人高积同及弘信源集团有限公司。截至目前，高积同持有信源通90%股权，弘信源集团有限公司持有信源通10%股权。
