乐居买房讯据深圳贝壳研究院及深圳住建局数据显示，截至6月末深圳新房住宅可售房源28794套，住宅去化周期上升至8.1个月；6月年中冲刺模式开启，房企推盘积极性上升，住宅供应达到今年最高值，令住宅库存持续上升，整体去化表现一般，导致去化成交周期延长。非住宅可售套数为53223套，去化压力巨大，去化周期上升至39.2个月。
