动物模型消化系统与代谢疾病模型 高脂饮食诱导脂肪肝模型
由于NAFLD与代谢综合征之间的密切联系，以西方饮食、导致肥胖、胰岛素抵抗和肝损伤的高脂饮食喂养的动物模型可用于研究非酒精性脂肪肝炎症(NASH)。
这些高脂饮食诱导脂肪肝模型的主要优点是代表了西方饮食中有害的饮食习惯，从而模仿了西方人非酒精性脂肪肝发病因素，但与MCD模型相比，肝损伤程度较轻。
