上证报中国证券网讯（记者 骆民）天齐锂业公告，公司全资子公司成都天齐与德方纳米于2022年6月24日签署《天齐锂业销售合同》，双方达成碳酸锂产品的供需交付计划，在2022年7月至2024年12月由成都天齐根据德方纳米需求分批次交付。销售单价按照双方约定的定价机制执行。
