此次华耐家居入资并控股维石住工，企图借助维石住工在产品研发、生产制造方面的优势，加快完善华耐家居在装配式领域的布局，加速在装配式领域发展。
据企查查，华耐家居投资集团有限公司成立于2011年，法定代表人为贾锋，注册资本2亿元。
