山西出版传媒集团有限责任公司原党委委员、副总经理吕建新（副厅级）涉嫌受贿一案，由山西省监察委员会调查终结，移送检察机关审查起诉。经山西省人民检察院交办，由吕梁市人民检察院审查起诉。日前，吕梁市人民检察院依法以涉嫌受贿罪对吕建新作出逮捕决定。该案正在进一步办理中。
