璞泰来6月23日公告，公司控股股东、实际控制人、董事长梁丰因自身资金需求于2022年6月22日质押1170万股，占公司总股本比例0.84%。梁丰持有公司股份3.66亿股，占公司目前总股本的26.35%。本次质押完成后，梁丰及其一致行动人宁波胜越创业投资合伙企业（有限合伙）持有上市公司股份累计质押1.43亿股（含本次），占公司总股本10.30%。
