格隆汇6月20日丨中国水务(00855.HK)公告，于2022年6月20日，承租人(为公司的间接全资附属公司)与华融租赁订立融资租赁协议，据此(其中包括)华融租赁同意以人民币5.5亿元向承租人收购该等资产的拥有权，其后将该等资产向承租人租回，供后者使用及占用，租期为60个月。
