据中国电子消息，6月16日，北斗卫星导航产业化项目落地签约仪式在长沙举办。会上，北斗卫星导航产业化项目签约，产业化项目公司星河电子成立。星河电子由中国电子、湖南先进技术研究院、长沙市政府共同组建，涵盖芯片、终端、系统等领域。
