北京商报讯（记者 马换换）6月14日晚间，粤桂股份（000833）披露称，公司股东广西广业粤桂投资集团有限公司（以下简称"粤桂投资"）拟减持不超过1.45%的公司股份。
截至公告披露日，粤桂投资持有上市公司10.79%的股份。
对于减持原因，粤桂股份表示，股东正常经营需要。
