住宅专项维修资金是房屋的“养老钱”，涉及千家万户，关系社会民生。为切实加强全市住宅专项维修资金管理，有效解决资金使用难、管理不规范等问题，近日，潍坊市政府办公室印发《潍坊市住宅专项维修资金管理办法》（潍政办发〔2022〕4号），将于2022年7月10日起施行，有效期至2025年7月9日。
