府东路过江通道是温州第二条江底隧道，第一条江底行车隧道。隧道主线总长度3.05公里，双向六车道，行车速度60km/小时。采用盾构方案，总投资估算约47.5亿元。计划今年开工，总工期38个月。隧道将使温州市区与瓯北形成更紧密的拥江发展格局。
