界面新闻自国家能源集团获悉，近日，由国家能源集团电科院牵头申报的“江苏省固定污染源碳排放核算与监测技术公共服务平台建设”项目完成公示，获得2022年度江苏省碳达峰碳中和科技创新专项资金支持，这也是国内首个省级重大基金“双碳”平台项目。
