针对网民反映“临夏12岁残疾女孩自述被三人强奸，报案后未立案”相关情况。5月31日，临夏市公安局对涉嫌强奸犯罪的三名犯罪嫌疑人刑事拘留，6月3日，临夏市人民检察院批准逮捕。
临夏州、市纪委监委成立调查组正在对相关责任人员进行调查。
