据央视新闻，当地时间5月31日，土耳其外交部长恰武什奥卢表示，俄罗斯外长拉夫罗夫定于6月8日到访土耳其，届时双方将磋商为乌克兰谷物出口开放海上安全通道事宜。
恰武什奥卢表示，目前乌克兰方面在敖德萨港口附近海域布设了水雷，而俄罗斯的船只因为受到制裁影响，无法在国际港口获得相关保险服务，造成俄乌冲突地区运送谷物的商船无法离港。
