乐居财经讯 赵微 5月23日消息，近日，包头市住房公积金中心发布关于调整住房公积金缴存及使用政策的通知。
通知提出，自6月1日起，职工购买首套自住住房申请住房公积金贷款的，购房首付款由房价的30%以上调整为20%以上。
同时，职工结清贷款后即可再次办理公积金贷款，不再要求贷款申请时间间隔两年以上，但购买第三套及以上住房申请公积金贷款不予受理。
