中交地产5月19日晚间公告，全资子公司中交美庐拟收购绍兴花美和深圳联雅持有的中交花创合计51%的股权，收购价格4.08亿元，同时等额受让绍兴花美和深圳联雅对中交花创的债权本金2.83亿元及利息7000万元，交易总金额合计7.61亿元。中交美庐现持有中交花创49%股权。
