2022年5月12日，铖昌科技收到中国证监会出具的《关于核准浙江铖昌科技股份有限公司首次公开发行股票的批复》(证监许可〔2022〕946号)，中国证监会核准铖昌科技公开发行不超过2795.35万股新股。
