界面新闻获悉，5月10日，三星宣布开发出其首款512GB内存扩展器（CXL，Compute Express Link）DRAM。与之前的三星CXL产品相比，内存容量为其4倍，系统延迟仅为其五分之一。从今年第三季度开始，三星计划向客户和合作伙伴提供512GB CXL DRAM的样品，以进行联合评估和测试。
