美高梅国际度假村集团周一提出以约6.07亿美元收购瑞典在线博彩公司LeoVegas AB，为这家美国赌场运营商扩大在欧洲的业务铺路。
美高梅提出每股61克朗（约6.20美元）现金的收购报价，较LeoVegas最近收盘价42.32克朗溢价44.2％。
LeoVegas在8个司法管辖区（主要是北欧和欧洲其它地区）拥有营业牌照，该公司表示，已建议股东接受美高梅的出价。
